You had a decent chance to get a government college with 479 rank in NEET as you belongs to the SC category. You can get a government college, as you belongs to the SC category, which has increased your chances to get a government medical college through NEET

but my sc certificate is from UP and i am a resident of West bengal so in bengal i am general candidate so will this marks will be enough for all india 15% counselling
