Well let me inform you that last year the candidate having minimum score that got into a government medical college in haryana scored 556 marks belonging to obc a category. So chances of you getting a government college with that score is quite difficult. 

But I would suggest that you apply for all India quota counselling in order to explore all your options.

Based on the cutoff of 2018 you have chances in the following colleges under state quota,

BPS Government Medical College for Women, Sonepat-496

Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar-494

ESIC Faridabad-502

But every year the cutoff will vary based on the difficulty level of exam,  no of applicants, no of seats available etc.
