1.under 15% all india quota -

So, by analysing these previous year's admission cutoff for NSCB medical college,jbp

We can say that you had almost 70% chances of getting a seat in this college under state quota though. ( i said 70% because you didn't mention your ranks and also right now there is no official cutoff lists by the state for neet 2019)
