If you are not applied in ipu then it is not possible to get admission in IPU.yes,but there is a option of migration and management quota.If you enrolled in any college this year and you want to get admission in next year in ipu then you will get admission in 2nd year in that college but you will get admission through agents and they amount a huge fees.Second option is if you give entrance exam if ipu b.tech and atleast get a rank in ipu b.tech exam then you will get admission in any college through management quota but you have to pay a very huge amount.procedure of management quota is totally legal becuase they mentioned that they also have some seats for management quota.
