I have 71.8% marks in my cbse 12th board exams(passed in 2022) and am preparing for JEE. I want to give improvement exams in 2023 to better my percentage(up it to at least 80%). Will I have to give exams for all subjects or can I choose the subjects I want? And will I have to give practicals again?

Yes, you can take an improvement exam if you’ve passed all subjects in your 12th board and want to improve your marks.

CBSE & Most State Boards allow students to appear for improvement exams the next year after passing.
You can choose to appear for one or more subjects.
