I scored 61.50 marks in clat, can i am having any chance of getting cnlu patna with ebc category reservation.

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 15000-16500. And even if you fall in OBC category and you have the state domicile you won't get into CNLU Patna. In fact chances of getting an NLU are bleak. But there's nothing to worry. So many good colleges are out there and you can check them out since you've a decent score.
