I scored 67.4022012 percentile in jee mains january.I belong to general category.Can I get into an NIT inj state quota or in any other way?

NIT Admission is purely based on the merit list. Based on your score your probable rank will be 353,863 - 393,863. With this rank the chances are less to be eligible for JEE Advance & to get admission in NITs.
I would suggest you to appear again for JEE Main April Session Exam.
NOTE : Rank Predicted is on the basis of the expected total number of students i.e. 1152650 appearing in the JEE Mains April Session.
