First of all Congratulations for clearing AEEE with such a good rank,but it will be quite tough to get seat in CS branch (if you are from open quota). If you have state quota then you will get admission easily in any campus along with CS branch. Here I am giving you previos year data only for CS branch:

• Amritapuri campus

CSE        6940 (open quota) 

                16457 ( state quota)

• Coimbatore campus

CSE     1813   (open) 

             13801(state)

These were the closing rank of previous year. So I suggest you to either choose other branch or other college. Afterall choice is yours.
