Hello dear,

First of all Congratulations for clearing AEEE with such a good rank,but it will be quite tough to get seat in CS branch (if you are from open quota). If you have state quota then you will get admission easily in any campus along with CS branch. Here I am giving you previos year data only for CS branch:

Amritapuri campus

CSE 6940 (open quota)

16457 ( state quota)

Coimbatore campus

CSE 1813 (open)

13801(state)

These were the closing rank of previous year. So I suggest you to either choose other branch or other college. Afterall choice is yours.

Sir,I have got 5693 rank in AIEEE but in mock counseling I have not been allotted CSE(AI) or CSE in any campus. Is any hope to get CSE(AI) or CSE in any campus in first round counseling?I have given choice of preference in the order Coimbatore, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai.From this yr Amrita is filling the seat on the basis of JEE main rank also,what will be effect on cut off particularly in CSE.
