I scored 97.1% in class 12 and iam from Andhra Pradesh can I get admission in basis of 12 marks with low fee

Congratulations, you scored very well.
But dear don't go on those colleges who offer you for admission on the basis of board result.
State toppers also do preparation for entrance. They study in coaching center after board result and scored good after 1 year of preparation in JEE.
Don't waste your marks. Utilized it for your future.
