Ita really good that you scored 99.97 percentile in mat but its sorry to say that you wont be able to get a good b school with this percentage. Every b school consider graduation and higher secondary marks.

In this case,sorry to say but you won't get into a good B school with a graduation score of 48% as good B schools consider graduation and higher secondary marks as well.

If you are a general category candidate,then minimum mark should be more that 50% but if you are a SC/ST category,minimum percentage is 45% to get into a good B school.So,if you are an SC/ST you can get into any good management institution,
