I would like to tell you that your 12th score doesn't matter much if you want to do MBBS apart from the fact that for eligibility you need 60% aggregate.

Now if you want to get admission in Lady Harding Medical College then you need to prepare for NEET and get a good score and consider it your preference while filling up form for the counselling.

Although you didn't mention whether you are from Delhi or any other state, I would like to tell you that your chances increase if you have done your 10th and 12th from Delhi. You will have the advantage of 85% state quota. You will need to register through FACULTY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, DELHI UNIVERSITY.

If you are not from Delhi,  then you are only eligible for 15% All India Quota.

I'm sorry to say, but Lady Harding is known to be one of the best in the country and normally wouldn't acceot a score below 75% in 12th, along with a really good rank in NEET. If you're from Delhi you have to score around 530+ and if you're from the 15% quota you have to score 580-600 and above in nEET.
