Hello

According to the previous year cutoff, you have chances to get a seat in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences.

You have chances of admission in other private medical colleges of state also.

Also, I would like to inform you that Careers360 is organizing a Counseling session in  Hyderabad on 22nd May 2019 to counsel students and guide them about the admission process, medical/engineering counseling, and clear all other doubts. You can come to the event and get all your queries resolved by experts. They will guide you about your chances of admission based on your score, college which you should opt for, etc.

Register for the session and check the details using the link below-

Dear Bhoomika, under State Quota for General category, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical sciences gave a seat for 493 marks. You have a chance there for getting a seat in a Government Medical College. Going by previous cut offs, you  can get a Medical seat in any of the  Private Colleges mentioned here.
Ayaan Institute had a cut off of 410
Shadan Institute had a cut off of 447
Mamata Medical College: 494
Kamineni Institute: 492
Mediciti: 487
SVS Medical College: 484
Having said this, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So we would suggest you to wait until the official answer key has been released to weigh your options.
