According to your TS EAMCET Rank (CAP Quota), the chances to get admission in PJTSAU, Hyderabad can be predicted based on your seat type.

For B. E Agricultural Engineering, 2019 cut-off rank is

General - 22086

OBC - 87497

SC - 54714

ST - 52860

You are eligible for the CAP Quota as long as you have submitted the Identity card and Discharge book for verification (in case of Ex-Servicemen).
