I secured 56.26 p'le in cat_17 and 63 p'le in mat dec-17.What collegs i can get based on my score

Your percentile is too low to get a call from a well established B-school. However, there are a few colleges, decently known, which may call you (if you've applied for them) for the admission process as they accept low CAT scores as well. Here is the list of colleges which accept low CAT score (50-55 percentile):
