99.89 percentile will be considered for your final result and all the admission which you will take because it is the maximum percentile among all your attempts so if you are not going to appear for upcoming session of JEE-Main 2021 then 99.89 percentile would be the final percentile for you and your rank will also be made on the basis of only this percentile.

> The best out of four JEE Main scores will be taken into consideration for final result.
> All India rank in JEE Main 2021 will be allotted to you on the basis of your best of four percentiles. Let me make you clear with an example of yours, you have got 98.4 percentile in first attempt, 99.2 in second and 99.89 in third, so your final result will be made by taking the best result which is of 99.89 percentile so your final percentile would be 99.89 and ranking will be given to you according to it.
> As per your category, if you belongs to any reserved category then you will have CRL (Common Rank List) Rank as well as category rank of your respective category.
The final result will get declared after JEE Main May session(session-4).

NTA considers the highest percentile scored by a candidate among all four attempts to calculate the CRL rank. In your case the July attempt is maximum percentile till now. If you score more than this in fourth attempt then that will be considered or if not, then July attempt will be considered (as it will be maximum amongst all 4 attempts ).
