Dear aspirant   !
Well if you are looking for government Medical seat at 430 marks then im sorry to say but at this marks you get any government mbbs seat.
Also you are belonging from general category  too  !
For getting mbbs  in government sector  you should have to score atleast 550 ++ marks in NEET ug examination.  And for BDS you should have to score around  460 ++ marks if you are in general category.
But at your marks you can easily get  government and top most ayurveda colleges  , bhms , veterinary science  .
For bds you may get chance for government colleges.
Also you can try for private Medical colleges and depending upon the different policies of college  that is  at your marks you may get fair chance for scholarship or reduction in  fee structure . But it is not compulsory.
One thing that result is yet to be announced so hope for the best because we can only predict but every year cutoff goes varies depending upon the questions paper.
So all the  best  !
Thankyou  !

Hello student,.
With a score of 430 in the general category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. In 2017, a minimum score of 483 was required to fetch one a seat in the Jawarharlal Nehru government medical college, Chamba. Keeping in mind, the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and the difficulty level of the question paper , a score of  something which is not less than 500 would be a safe zone for the general category under state quota. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
