Hey! According to my knowledge there is no specific eligibility criteria for counselling if you were eligible for WBJEE exam you will definitely be eligible for counselling.

For Engineering candidates must have passed class 12 examination with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application as compulsory subjects. Hope this may help you.

General category candidates should have secured an aggregate of 45% and reserved category candidates should have scored 40% in the subjects(Physics , Mathematics and any one of Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science) taken together to be eligible for WBJEE 2019. All candidates are required to have qualified English in 10+2 with at least 30% marks. The board of the qualifying examination must be recognized by Central and State government concerned.

Hence in your case Physics Maths and Chemistry/Computer Science will be considered.
