Hi there,

You can call the helpdesk numbers of NTA i.e 011-27667092, 011-27006900, Timings are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, or you can mail them with your issue in brief on duet@nta.ac.in. Invalid credentials mean that you have given some incorrect details or have mistaken if not then seek help from the helpdesk.
