An investment banker is a transactional banker. Such a banker usually assists organizations in raising capital through, debt, equity and private investment channels. To make a career in Investment banking you should have a bachelor's degree if it is related the fields to the finance / commerce background it will add the benefits. You can also go for a certification in Investment banking to get a better opportunities.
