In India chemical engineers can expect a package of approx around 3-5 lakhs per annum initially where as average salary in abroad for chemical engineer freshers can be approx 60-1 lakh.

Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc.

There is not much package issues in outside states. If you have the required skills and qualification they shall give you want to deserve.

You can expect minimum 50-70K as a fresher if you are having good academic background and done your studies from a good college.
