I can understand such mistakes can happen sometimes. For NEET pg 2025 the official correction window was open from June 20 to June 22 which may have allowed you to edit details like academic qualifications, date of birth, gender, pwd/EWS status and upload corrections to photos or signatures. But, unfortunately some fields like category, nationality, email, mobile number and test city were uneditable.

So, if you accidentally selected UG instead of PG and missed correction window there is no official way to change it now.

However, you need to remember that mistakes are made by humans and you are not alone, many would have faced similar issues. It's still worth reaching out to the exam authorities to explain the situation maybe they can offer you guidance or advice.

If that doesn't work you can focus on preparing for next NEET PG cycle ensuring all details are double checked before submission. Be careful next time and stay updated.

You mistakenly apply for the NEET UG exam instead of the NEET PG exam application. Sorry, but if the application is submitted, you can't change the exam type. Then you need to apply for the NEET PG separately through the National Board of Examination.
