I want to apply up private medical college I'm from Bihar am I eligible ? If yes then what should I write on category option ?

Hello aman,
If you belong to bihar , then you can't apply for private medical colleges of UP,
But you can go with category B seats through management quota by contacting the college authorities directly,
But you cant get seat under category A ( private college's)

But last year some of my friends get in there via upneet counselling and they are from Bihar ?
