For becaming professor in medical college you have to bachelor degree in medicine and master degree medicine and some experience as practising doctor then you can apply for professor in medical college

Dear Sridarsini, to become a Medical Professor in a Medical College, you need to take the same path as a Doctor does to complete his Graduation. You need to appear for NEET and qualify in NEET. You need to complete your MBBS along with mandatory internship of 1 year. You should appear for NEET PG and complete your MD/MS. The other route is complete your MBBS and M.Sc (Medical). You can also complete M.Sc (Medical) and Ph.D or M.Sc (Medical) with D.Sc. And again Eligibility criteria pertaining to designation and no. of yesrs of experience depend upon the Institution that is hiring.
