This was only one time registration cum correction phase 2 of neet application form.
If you haven't changed during second phase of registration and successfully completed and submitted the application form then now you can't do anything. There will no any further correction open for neet application form.
You can use NEET UG college predictor tool for knowing chances of getting MBBS BDS ayush colleges.
