Hi Mahesh,
Hope you are doing great.
Journalism is one of the good courses in India to build a career in it.
First of all , to go in a journalism field, you can earn any of the following course or degree:

BA IN JOURNALISM

BACHELOR IN JOURNALISM AND MASS COMMUNICATION

Diploma  in journalism

After earning bachelor's degree you can go for doing internships to get some work experience in this field. Work experience in this field will help you a lot in becoming professional journalist.
After this you can choose an area of specialization according to your interest:

Broadcast journalism

Business journalism

Environmental journalism

Global and international journalism

Multi media journalism

Political journalism

Sports and science journalism

You can thereafter become a reporter finally an editor and then a news anchor.
You can also go for other jobs like layout designing, photo journalism etc.

Hope it helps.

Best wishes
