I want to do b.tech (electronics) ,i have scored 76% in jee mains.So ,i should prepare for jee 2020 or join any college for further studies?

This much score of jee main doesn't provide good college with good branch . When you have a chance to prepare Jee again then my suggestion is to prepare again and score well in next time .
