You can do or persue diploma in civil engineering or any branch of engineering after completing your class 10th then only you are eligible. Or can also do diploma after 12th also. For class 9th you have common subject in school i.e. science, history, geography, Hindi, English,maths and may have some optional subjects depending on school.
