You will have to appear for the NEET MDS entrance exam for admission to the MDS course.  Questions in the exam are asked from the topics covered in BDS which includes Pre-Clinical, Clinical and Para-Clinical.

Going through each and every book is not important but referring to the quality books is more necessary. Also, to prepare for the exam, firstly you should check the complete details about the exam such as the exam pattern, types of questions asked, etc. 
Focus on clearing your concepts of the topics studied during BDS.
