           We are sorry to say that you can not do open course or Non Collegiate course from Hindu College, Delhi. This is so because there is no provision of such courses provided by Delhi University. 

But if you want to do Non-Collegiate or an open courses you should prefer IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University).
