I want to do phd and my marks in P.G. is 68%.

Hi, Your question is incomplete because you have not mentioned your course you want to do Phd in or college/institute you want to take admission in. Also in general to apply fr PhD you must have minimum 60% -general category, so keeping this in mind, yes you are eligible to apply. Good Luck.
