I want to do Polytechnic diploma in CS after 10th...and want to know that on what basis the addmission is done in Government Polytechnic Mumbai ...either on 10th board percentage or something else?

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the S.S.C. (Std.X) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent, with subjects Mathematics/Mathematics, General Science and English with minimum 35% aggregate marks.
  • Candidate should be Indian National and must have passed H.S.C. Science or H.S.C. (Bifocal/Technical) or H.S.C. (Vocational/MCVC) Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or S.S.C. with 2 years duration ITI/ITI COE with 3 modules with appropriate specialization or its equivalent.

The admission is based on the 10th examination, students must secure 35% aggregate marks with subjects general science, maths and English.
