You haven't specifically mentioned or tagged the name of the government college you are interested in, but let me tell you that as per the data and observations, on an average, the fees for b.tech in computer science may range from INR 80,000 to INR one lakh in government colleges, for the full Course. The fees may increase in private colleges starting from INR 2 lakhs for the Full course, on an average.
