Hello,

Yes, if you pass the Neet test with the NTA established minimum cut off scores, you can use your school to get admission to private colleges for MBBS.  You can try for private colleges in a state like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Andhra Pradesh.

Just participate in all rounds of counselling including mop up or stray vacancy rounds. Also keep updated about cut offs.
