Direct admission is not possible in any good university for astronomy. Also it is not wise at all to do astronomy from a poor college as it is one of the very sophisticated branches. 

Admission in astronomy is given after entrance to ensure the student is fit for the course or not. I'll advise you to not seek admission in astronomy just for the sake of degree.
