It changes from time to time depending on the topper's marks. It's because of the fact that the ministry wants about 2 Lakh people to write JEE advanced, putting all the castes together. So it depends on how the first 2 Lakh people or so have performed that year. If the performance is better than the previous year, the cutoff scores will increase. If not it'll decrease. So it really depends on statistics that vary from year to year and there is no definitive answer to your question.
