Yes of course you can crack the exam. Start preparing now if you have'nt already. For getting calls from the top college your target should be above 99 percentile.

Yes you can definitely prepare for CAT in 5 months. If you are willing to appear for CAT I do hope you have completed your graduation as CAT is for MBA which is post graduation course. Other than that if you wish to be in some IIM's you need to have a minimum average of 80% in your 10th and 12th which you already have and minimum 60% in graduation. Hope this might help you.
