I want to give improvement exam in bio and chemistry.my practical scored is good but theory mark is poor.so in improvement exam 8 have to give practical also or not.

If you consider the pdf notice shared by CBSE then you will have to attend the practical exams irrespective of the results.
But you can consult your ex- School through which you gave the exam last year. They will tell you all the details.
