see if you are interested for human resource development manager of psus than A degree on mba in human resource will be excellent for you. I also want to mention that net exam has nothing to do with psu recruitment. see as you know that psus dont often requires for human resource development manager and it also requires 4-5 years experience some times. I would suggest you to do mba from a reputed institute on HR management and try to get job from campus placement. once you get some years of experience you can apply for public sector undertakings. hope you may understand.
