I want to know after freezing a seat during 1st online counselling can I be upgraded in the 2nd counselling?

Hi Ritika,

I am sorry to say you that you can't upgrade your seat once you have frozen it in 1st online counselling of IIT JAM. So whatever decision you take, take it with full awareness.
