Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great. An allied health profession known as occupational therapy, or BOT, involves the study of topics and therapies for assessment and intervention to maintain the meaningful activities of people with any injury or disease. People with mental health issues, physical limitations, injuries, or impairments frequently receive support in the form of rehabilitation from occupational therapists. A 4.5-year undergraduate programme leading to a BOT degree consists of four years of college-level study and six months of fieldwork.

The average fee of a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy is between 5,000 and 80,000 Indian rupees. The best colleges in India for occupational therapy bachelor's degrees include HIMSR in New Delhi, IMS in Bhubaneswar, AIIPMR in Mumbai, and numerous others.

After completing the course, the candidates are hired as occupational therapists, occupational therapy nurses, etc. in rehabilitation centres, multi-specialty hospitals, private practice/private clinics, mental hospitals, geriatric homes/old age homes, and many more.

The typical annual salary after completing the course ranges from INR 2,00,000 to INR 300,000
