The International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS), a centre of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, is a research institute based in Bengaluru, India. the institute offers both graduate courses as well as post graduate. there isICTS–S.N.BHATT MEMORIAL EXCELLENCE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2020 available . Eligibility criteria is as follows,
Undergraduate students of science, mathematics and engineering, who are in their third, fourth or fifth year of the program are eligible to apply. Exceptional undergraduates in their second year may also apply. Masters degree students and those who have completed their undergraduate are also welcome to apply. however scholarship of gross mount of 31k to 40k is provided for phd candidates and integrated phd students.

however there is cafeteria, first aid center, transport system , computer labs for students. however there is no information about free laptops.
