Yes. You can appear for JEE main examination 2019 after you've given your improvement exams. JEE main eligibility criterion apply for both board marks as well as improvement/compartment marks. So, that won't be a problem for you.

Yes you can apply for  jee advanved 2019... and this is your last attempt for jee advanced because this is your 2nd attempt
