UCEED is a national level exam conducted by IIT Bombay to offer admission to the design aspirants in various B.Des programmes.

1. UCEED will test candidates creativity and innovation skills. Creativity is a skill where one cannot force to create, it can be developed with the inner thought, passions and exposure to the creative ideas of others. So here your observation skill will help to develop a creative idea. Therefore, aspirants need to develop their observation skill.

2. Go through the UCEED sample paper 2021 - Practising the previous year question paper of UCEED will help you to understand the question format of the entrance test and difficulty level of the exam.

3. Enhance your speed - Time management during the exam is one of the important factors to crack UCEED 2021 . Students must understand that they have to answer the question within the allotted time.

4. Students must also thoroughly understand the UCEED exam pattern 2021 . The exam pattern of UCEED will be guided to the aspirants at the time of preparation as it includes all the parameters of the entrance test.

5. Candidates must enhance their imaginative and visualization skills. It is very important to get a visualization of the idea which you want to pen down.

6. Improve your free sketching skills as sometimes in UCEED sketching with instruments is not allowed. Used right equipment for sketching such as 2 grades of pencil: H-grade for rough work, light drawings and B for rapid work and shading.

7. Keep a balance between the speed and accuracy of the answer while practising the UCEED sample paper.

8. Participate in UCEED mock test 2021 . Participating in the mock test of UCEED will help the students to get a clear picture of how the entrance exam will be.

9. Read magazines, brochures, newspapers and study the work of your favourite designer. Students must be aware of what's happening around them.

10. Be a good communicator. Improve your communication skills. Lastly, candidates must be mentally and physically ready for entrance exams. Aspirants must not strain till the last minute. Leave your books for a few days before the exam and stay calm, have a good time and relax.
