If you want to study cse at  a nit , then the nit in your homs state is the only chlice for you.
For other colleges,look at their websites for the previous cutoffs and analyse your situation

According to carrier 360 your rank is between 1639 to 1939. Mine also haryana
And for cse in Nit kurushetra your rank should below 3544 means you easily get cse in Nit kurushetra.
