Hello Nimrah!
As per the guidelines of University of Delhi, for pursuing post graduation in any course like Mathematics, you'll have to appear in the entrance exam if you are not a student of this university. For the students of DU , 50% of the total number of available seats are merit based and 50% are entrance based. So, they can apply through any of these two modes. But a student of any other university or institution will have to clear the entrance exam. Category based lists are then released for the different courses after the announcement of the entrance results.
Hope this answer helps you.

Is there common application form for Delhi univ,Miranda house and Ramjas college ?
Nimrah Ashai
Yes, Nimrah!
Both Miranda House and Ramjas college are under the University of Delhi. So, basically there is a common application for all the colleges under DU. Admission lists will be released (usually in the last week of July or in the month of August ) for the various courses separately based on your entrance score and category (UR/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD etc.). For whichever college you have been selected, you can further proceed with its admission process.
