International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is an international level test. The test is conducted for students who aspire to pursue education or work in foreign countries. There is no specific eligibility criteria to appear for IELTS exam. IELTS academic scores are accepted by universities or institutions. So, you should check the eligibility criteria of the Institution/University from where you wish to pursue your studies. IELTS applications are open round the year. The test is held for a maximum of four times per year, depending on the test centre. So, before applying you need to open the official website and check the information.
