I want your suggestion also if I am not getting any college should I need to go next year because this is my second attempt in medical.

You can try for private colleges like COMEDK, Manipal, MGIMS Wardha, BVP, St John etc.
If you didn't get any college this time you can go for paramedical courses or you can attempt 2017 NEET exam along-with graduation like Bsc.
