I am sorry to say that you'll lose your admission in ts-eamcet if you go for spot Counselling.

In my opinion, you should go for the college in which you have already taken admission as it'll be quite risky to go for spot round counselling.

Even if you applied for it either it will be rejected or you will not be allotted a college. So continue with your college where you have take admission.
