I was belong to obc I got 95000 rank and in csab cut off it gave seat 97000 what is the difference

It means you are close to closing rank of CSAB.Generally CSAB closing rank is boundary line and you can't expect that this closing rank will be lower down more as this rank is decided by stray seats in NITs or IIITs..
