Hello,

Union Public Service Commission conducts Civil Services examination every year for the recruitment of candidates for various Government services.

The eligibility criteria for the exam is mentioned below :

You should be a citizen of India and if you are migrated from other countries then you must have an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.

You must have completed your graduation in any discipline.

The required age of the applicant should be between 21 and 32 years, as on 1st August 2023,i.e., he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1991 and not later than 1st August 2002.

So,you are not eligible for the UPSC CSE Exam 2023.
You can apply for the exam on 2024 , because at that time you will be eligible for the exam.
